Terms of Use

Wine Inside Out TV is a Wine Education Network production.  Central Park West, LLC (the “Company”) owns the copyright, title, trade names, service marks, trademarks, domain names, and all other related rights in and to all material and content specified as the, “Wine Inside Out TV” or the “Wine Education Network”, including logos (including a bottle cap shape that is red in color), graphics files, charts, graphs, syllabi, video files, audio files, images, photographs, information, articles, other text, website, social media pages (Facebook, Twitter, You Tube), sounds, designs, and other material as specified herein referred to as “IP” or “Intellectual Property”. All such rights are reserved.

The Company shall retain each and every right in the IP throughout the world which shall include, but not be limited to, all copyrights (and renewals, extensions and continuations of copyright) in the IP and in all derivative works and the exclusive right to grant these rights to any third-party.  These IP Rights are valid and protected in all forms by US copyright law and in media and technologies existing now or developed later.  Thus all rights, title and interest in and to the IP belong solely and exclusively to Central Park West, LLC or its licensors.  The Company grants viewers a nonexclusive, non divisible, nontransferable license to view, download, copy and print a reasonable portion of the IP, which shall be personal to them for non-commercial use and shall not capable of being sublicensed in any manner to any party.  Viewers may not remove, obscure or modify any copyright or other notices included in the IP.  Except to the minimum extent otherwise expressly permitted under applicable law or the Terms of Use, no copying, derivative works, or other marketing of the IP is permitted without the express prior written permission of Central Park West, LLC or its licensor, as applicable.  This applies to copyrighted IP regardless of whether or not a copyright notice appears on the IP, and applies to Service Marks and/or Trademarks, whether registered or unregistered, and regardless of whether or not a Service Mark and/or Trademark notice appears on the IP.   Title to any Content that is downloaded or printed is not transferred to the viewer, and thus all right, title, and interest in and to the IP is retained solely by the Company.  Viewers further acknowledge that they do not acquire any ownership rights in any IP by using the Company’s website or by downloading, printing, modifying or using the IP. All rights not expressly granted under the Terms of Use are expressly reserved to Central Park West, LLC  or its licensors, as applicable.

Viewers further acknowledge and understand that Wine Inside Out TV is for the purpose of wine education and entertainment only, and that the Company promotes the responsible use of alcohol by adults of legal drinking age.  Viewers further acknowledge and understand that the Company does not engage in the production, distribution or sale of wine.  In addition, any opinion expressed on a wine or a wine region on Wine Inside Out TV is the expressed personal opinion of the individual making such statements.  These opinions are not necessarily the opinions of the Company, broadcasters or the production team.
